We are proud to present the coffees of Alejandra and Arturo Chacón—the Chacóns have built up the small micro-mill for processing their coffees that they call El Angel.
These Villalobos and Caturra cherries come from their El Aguacate farm, located outside San Pablo de León Cortés, in the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica at elevations around 1750 meters above sea level. A bright and vibrant coffee, El Aguacate has notes of cherry blossom, hibiscus, and lemon-lime.
